No Warranties Due to the fluid and ever changing nature of Mortgage Reduction, the Consultants will attempt to verify the information as provided by the client and maintain it in an up to date manner. All information provided by the Client is believed to be as accurate as possible, but Consultants assumes no liability or responsibility for the information provided by the client.
American Mortgage Reduction Consultants make no guarantees about the Client’s ability to achieve a judgment, be awarded funds, receive damages, or any other guarantees not listed within this contract. American Mortgage Reduction Consultants are not attorneys and all services provided are not to be construed as our Consultants providing professional or legal advice or recommendations. American Mortgage Reduction Consultants do not endorse or guarantee references or sources listed with our company, and no favorable or unfavorable inference should be drawn from our listing or failure to list any resource herein. Clients should direct any questions concerning legal matters to an attorney. Client understands, acknowledges, and agrees that the Consultants take no part in the final rescission decision making process. Consultants are strictly a liaison between the Client and the Courts System and in no way decides any outcome or judgment pertaining to the Client’s Case in any transaction. Upon signature of any contractual agreements, all parties agree that contract has been activated willfully and without duress from either party.
